Management procedures for your Virtual Sales Control Unit (VSCU) connected to your Odoo ERP.

Control Unit Status Monitoring

In Odoo, navigate to eTIMS Compliance > Control Unit Status:

• Device Serial Number: The unique virtual control unit ID assigned by KRA.
• Last Sync Timestamp: The date and time of the most recent successful transmission.
• Pending Queue Count: Number of offline invoices waiting for network synchronization.
• Branch ID: The physical branch or store location identifier registered on iTax.

Daily Transmission Reports

Every evening at 23:59 EAT, JengaStack generates a Z-Report summary of all signed transactions, total VAT collected, and zero-rated sales, archiving the report in your compliance logs.
