Where is my data hosted?

All databases and filestores are hosted on enterprise Microsoft Azure infrastructure (East US 2) with encrypted nightly offsite backups replicated to Backblaze B2.

Can I install custom third-party Odoo modules?

Yes. On the Growth and Enterprise tiers, you can upload custom zip module packages or connect your private GitHub repository to auto-sync addons.

How are KRA eTIMS invoices reported?

Invoices are transmitted in real-time over the KRA VSCU API. Every invoice receives an AIT reference and a cryptographic QR code that prints directly on POS receipts.
