JengaFlow Automation Engine

JengaFlow is the business process automation layer built for JengaStack. It connects your Odoo ERP with external communication and payment channels, including WhatsApp Business API, Safaricom M-Pesa, and KRA eTIMS compliance pipelines.

Core Capabilities

  1. WhatsApp Commerce: Automatically parse incoming customer messages into draft sales quotations and orders in Odoo.
  2. M-Pesa Reconciliation: Automatically match incoming Till or Paybill transaction reference codes to unpaid invoices.
  3. Automated Document Delivery: Dispatch signed KRA eTIMS receipts and invoice PDFs directly to customers over WhatsApp.
  4. Inventory Monitoring: Send instant WhatsApp alerts to shop managers when product inventory drops below the safety reorder threshold.
