UNSPSC Product Classification

KRA requires all products and services to be mapped to standard Universal Standard Products and Services Codes (UNSPSC) for tax classification.

Mapping Product Codes in Odoo

1. Navigate to Inventory > Products.
2. Open any product and click the Compliance & eTIMS tab.
3. In the UNSPSC Code field, search by product description or enter the 8-digit code.
4. Select the appropriate VAT Tax Category (Standard 16%, Zero Rated 0%, or Exempt).
5. Save the product.
