JengaFlow Quickstart

Learn how to connect your Odoo instance to JengaFlow and activate your first workflow in under 5 minutes.

Prerequisites

• An active JengaStack account with an active Odoo instance.
• Access to the JengaFlow management portal at flow.jengastack.app.

Step 1: Sign in to JengaFlow

1. Navigate to https://flow.jengastack.app.
2. Sign in using your JengaStack credentials (SSO via Authentik).

Step 2: Link Your Odoo ERP

1. Click Integrations in the left navigation sidebar.
2. Click Add Integration and select Odoo ERP.
3. Select your running instance from the dropdown list.
4. JengaFlow automatically injects the XML-RPC service account credentials.

Step 3: Enable a Pre-built Workflow

1. Click Workflows in the sidebar.
2. Select M-Pesa Instant Receipt Delivery.
3. Click Activate Workflow.
4. Test the flow by completing a test payment in your Odoo Point of Sale.
